Byggmax opens its first store in the greater Helsinki area in Vantaa

The home improvement discounter chain Byggmax doubles its number of stores in Finland from four to eight. Byggmax has earlier this spring opened new stores in Pori and Porvoo, which are soon to be followed by Turku (Raisio). The eighth store will be opened during the summer in Vantaa, just north of Helsinki.

The Nordic home improvement discounter chain Byggmax opens yet another store in Finland during summer 2011. The new store will be located in the Tammisto area in Vantaa and its address will be Valimotie 18.

"The Byggmax's concept offering high class building materials at affordable prices has raised interest among the Finns. Our strategy in Finland is to open several new stores during the next coming years", says Magnus Agervald, CEO at Byggmax.

BYGGmax already has stores in Pori, Porvoo, Lahti, Jyväskylä, Turku (Itäharju) and Vaasa.
