There are countless of good examples in our stores of employees who began working in a store, advanced to Assistant Manager before taking the step to Store Manager. The majority of our regional managers also took that route, including Head of Sweden Elliot Lindberg, who began his career working at our stores. We’re represented throughout the length and breadth of Sweden, as well as in Denmark, Finland and Norway, so there’s a good chance of an opportunity near you!
Our Service Office is home to all the people who develop our concept while supporting and enabling flexible, rewarding and efficient day-to-day working life for all of our colleagues in our stores. You can find every kind of role in e-commerce, purchasing, finance, IT and HR, to name but a few. If you have your heart set on customer service, you can find that as well! There are at least as many opportunities for personal and career development at the Service Office, and although we might be boasting a little, we’re really good at internal rotation and see it as a win-win!
