Magnus Agervald, CEO of BYGGmax, has in the last days sold 155 000 shares in BYGGmax. During the fourth quarter 2012 Mr Agervald also divested 300,000 shares. The reason for the sales is an investment Mr Agervald is making in his own housing. This housing investment has been made in two phases.

After this second divestment, Mr Agervald has no need to sell additional shares.

During 2013 Mr Agervald also acquired 300,000 warrants in Byggmax.

After the last transaction Magnus Agervald holds 100,000 shares and 550,000 warrants  in BYGGmax, with a market value of more than SEK 7 million.
