Byggmax opened a new store in Kangasala today

Byggmax opened a new store in Kangasala, East of Tampere, today. The new store is located at the address Vällintie 4, and it employs seven people. Byggmax has a total of 12 stores in Finland. The long-term goal is to build a nation-wide network including a total of 20−25 stores in Finland.
Byggmax’s new store in Kangasala is ideally located next to Highway 12, one of the main highways to Tampere city. Many other large retail chains, such as Prisma, Hong Kong, and Tokmanni, are also present at the area.
The area on which Byggmax store is built is approximately 10,000 sqm. The store building is approximately 2,000 sqm large. In addition to the store there is a big yard with a drive in lane. Byggmax Kangasala employs seven people.

Byggmax sells construction materials such as lumber, flooring, dry-wall, cement, windows, doors and paint to both professionals and DIY-customers. The Byggmax concept offers good quality products at low prices.

According to a new price survey, conducted by Taloustutkimus on commission from Byggmax, the price differences between different retailers and cities were surprisingly large. Byggmax offered the most inexpensive product basket in all cities where Byggmax is present. The price difference between the cheapest and the most expensive choice was up to as much as 73 percent.
